Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place.
