Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Anderson County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
