Prep cook — Shenandoah County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Shenandoah County, Virginia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
