Day-to-day duties: • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets Rotating shifts.
