Die-casting operator • Toole County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Toole County, Montana. You will work at a busy iron foundry. You will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
