Deboner wanted in Custer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Custer County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
