Foundry worker • McKean County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry worker in McKean County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Meals and transport allowance provided.
