Vacancy available: cnc lathe operator (Colorado)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Chaffee County, Colorado. The job is in a tool room. The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
