VMC operator wanted in Kane County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Kane County, Illinois. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
