Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel beater in Kankakee County, Illinois. You will work at a paint and panel shop. The role involves: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Full-time with occasional weekends.
