The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
