Stitching operator wanted in Bond County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Bond County, Illinois. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. The role involves topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
