You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
