Auto painter — Crow Wing County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto painter in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. The job is at a dealership paint shop. The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
