Baker — Donley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Donley County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
