Immediate opening: cnc lathe operator (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Northumberland, England. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls You will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
