Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel beater in Powhatan County, Virginia. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Day to day you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair.
