Banquet server — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Jefferson County, Iowa. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
