Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Knott County, Kentucky. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
