We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Adair County, Kentucky. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
