CNC programmer-operator wanted in Independence County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Independence County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Your main tasks: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
