Brickwork mason — Muskegon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Muskegon County, Michigan. You will work at a residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go Ideal candidate: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
