Now hiring: press machine operator (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Mercer County, West Virginia. Day to day you will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
