You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles.
