Deboner — Weakley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Weakley County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
