Offshore rigger • Zapata County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Zapata County, Texas. The role involves: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Rotating shifts.
