Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Lucas County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications The role involves: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
