Vacancy available: horizontal milling machine operator (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Fayette County, Georgia. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
