We are recruiting: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Lawrence County, Indiana. You will work on a dam or embankment job. On a typical shift you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
