Bricklayer — Toombs County

Join our team: we are hiring a bricklayer in Toombs County, Georgia. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. You should have: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently The role involves building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
