Sheet metal welder — Divide County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Divide County, North Dakota. You will be based on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time, day shift.
