Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper.
