Now hiring: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Racine County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. Day-to-day duties: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
