Crawler crane operator — Greene County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Greene County, Virginia. You will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
