Panel technician — Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel technician in Putnam County, Tennessee. You will be based in a collision repair centre. On a typical shift you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
