The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
