Port container crane operator wanted in Lehigh County

Now hiring: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
