Join our team: we are hiring a packaging worker in Appanoose County, Iowa. You will be based in a food packaging factory. Day to day you will separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals. You should have: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
