The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
