Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
