Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mono County, California. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
