Conventional mill operator wanted in Carroll County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Carroll County, New Hampshire. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. You will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
