Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in San Joaquin County, California. Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
