Bread baker • Ijebu North East, Ogun State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Ijebu North East, Ogun State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
