Pastry baker — Gudu

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Gudu, Sokoto State. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
