Vacancy available: oven operator (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in North Slope Borough, Alaska. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
