We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jackson County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow $5,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
