Shuttering carpenter — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Washington County, Maryland. Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
