Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Full-time with occasional weekends.
