Press setter operator — Kiowa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press setter operator in Kiowa County, Kansas. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
